At its inception, the rapid growth at Foothill Ranch required additional office and commercial product. Corporations, regional technology companies and financial institutions needed facilities to accommodate their growth.

SOLUTION:

Searles Property Group built this 10-acre campus, strategically located near major toll roads and within proximity to residential and retail centers.
