OBJECTIVE:
Design and build a state-of-the-art office space as Orange County’s economic growth and increase in population. Towne Center is part of a master-planned development encompassing over 1,300 acres of residential, retail, commercial and open space.
SOLUTION:
Searles Property Group built three office buildings with steel-frame and concrete wall construction on 11 acres. Towne Center Plaza is uniquely surrounded by an assortment of amenities within walking distance which include: restaurants, food court, retail and banking services which are adjacent to Towne Center Plaza.
